Tues, Sept 13 @ 10:00 am. This resume webinar will discuss tips and strategies for resume writing no matter if you are an entry-level, mid-level or advanced-level professional. You will be offered the opportunity to figure out what your current resume is missing, and how to improve it.

Shifting your Job Search for Success

Thurs, Sept 22 @ 1:00 pm. If you want success, whether it’s a job offer or another goal, put your focus, attention, energy, and time on achieving your goals. I often hear people say, it’s too hard, too frustrating, too overwhelming, or they have a feeling “I can’t do it” These are common feelings that require a shift in thinking, because if you think you can, or you cannot – you are correct. Your mind controls you, circumstances do not.

Instead of being over-powered by negative thinking, you can learn how to raise our awareness, focus on the results we want, make clear empowering decisions. Each and every one of us can take our power back. You will have the opportunity to:

Gatekeepers – Best Friend or Worst Enemy?

Never underestimate the influence of gatekeepers. These are the people that greet you when to walk into a company, the person taking the applications, or a Human Resource assistant. They know the hiring authority’s preferences and what traits are valued over others. The hiring authority does value the gatekeeper’s first impressions. This session will address the following:
• How to align yourself with gatekeepers
• What actions can you take if you are screened out
• How to obtain advantageous information
