Chemical Processing Engineer

Seeking a skilled Chemical Processing Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving equipment performance, and supporting production growth across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve equipment reliability and reduce operational downtime
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Lead maintenance initiatives and capital improvement projects
Support and contribute to Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall plant performance
Travel occasionally (approximately 10–15%) to support other production sites

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Experience with process optimization, equipment performance, and project management is a plus
