What You’ll Do:

• Weld aluminum components using MIG & TIG welding techniques.
• Fabricate and assemble trailer frames, bodies, and structural components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Build both standard production trailers and custom-designed units.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure strength, appearance, and quality standards.
• Work with the production team to complete projects safely and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience welding aluminum in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to produce clean, strong, high-quality welds.
• Experience reading blueprints and measuring accurately.
• Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment.
