Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the event center
- Train and supervise new staff
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all events
- Coordinate and oversee private and corporate events
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or venue management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Able to work a flexible schedule when needed, including evenings or weekends for events
