Human Resource Assistant / Admin – Benefits & ACA
Seeking detail-oriented and personable Human Resource Assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits eligibility, ACA look-back periods, and ACA reports.
- Track employee eligibility using the ACA look-back method, ensuring timely benefits enrollment.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies, HRIS records, and regulations.
- Support HR functions benefits administration, payroll processing, benefit deductions, and timekeeping.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Qualifications:
- At least one year experience in HR or Benefits Administration
- Working knowledge of ACA lookback rules
- Excel and Google Sheets skills
- HRIS/payroll system experience preferred.
