Seeking Customer Service Representative | Hybrid (2 Days In-Office, 3 Days Remote) for a highly respected company that truly values its employees.

We have an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team members
• Assist applicants with questions regarding the status of their applications
• Monitor and respond to Facebook messages and comments in a professional manner
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Home workspace must be free from excessive background noise while working remotely
• Must be able to work in the office two days per week after training
• During the first two months, training will be conducted in the office full-time
