Admission Specialist assists in processing applicants in low-rent housing programs.

Interviews prospective applicants, verifying all sources of income to calculate rent for low-rent Public Housing.

Reviews applications for completeness, logs applications, and inputs data.

Conducts orientations and makes suggestions and referrals to other agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Three years of general office experience
• Strong English and basic arithmetic skills
• Valid Driver’s license.
