Safety/Quality Control Assistant for Construction site

Location: Clifton TX
Pay rate:  $20.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 or 10 hour shifts. Saturdays optional

Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Safety and QC Assistant to support the Safety and Quality Control departments on a construction project. This role is essential in maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring timely data entry, and assisting managers with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive information with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive safety and quality-related reports, checklists, and documentation from field staff
• Scan and upload documents into the appropriate software system or digital storage platform
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for tracking safety and quality compliance
• Assist Safety and Quality Control Managers with various administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain organized digital and physical files to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with field personnel to gather missing or incomplete documentation
• Support document control and distribution of updated safety or QC procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Requirements:

• Prior administrative experience, preferably in construction, safety, or quality control
• Proficiency with computers and document management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with safety and QC terminology is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional administrative or technical training preferred

Work Environment:

This position is based in a construction site office. Occasional exposure to active construction areas may be required. Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
