Govt agency is looking for a team member to assist people trying to qualify for various assistance programs. Person will also provide social and community outreach support for housing needs as well as other areas of assistance.
Other responsibilities include managing follow-up calls and visits to people needing assistance. Day-to-day office duties include managing files, notes, applications, and assessment records. Social and community outreach support for housing needs as well as other areas of assistance are also part of this department.
