What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Schedule and book service appointments.
• Prepare estimates and work orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with technicians.
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a courteous manner.
• Manage work orders and parts orders efficiently.
• Monitor service progress and maintain communication between customers and the service team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn company software.
