Events Coordinator for major museum.  Seeking an outgoing and organized  individual to join our team.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth execution of all events hosted at the museum. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and logistical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for all building reservations, including liaising with other event organizers.
• Maintain the museum’s events calendar to ensure all bookings are accurately tracked and communicated.
• Manage event setup and teardown logistics, coordinating with vendors (where present), facilities teams, and museum staff to ensure all physical arrangements are completed on time.
• Facilitate communications flow, ensuring timely updates and information sharing with museum leadership, staff, event stakeholders, and attendees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 yrs in event planning or other relevant/similar experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
