QuickBooks is the program they use for all their accounting.  Keeping track of project cost will also fall under your responsibility.

What You’ll Do
As a key part of our accounting team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Receiving, verifying, and entering invoices into the accounting system
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies with vendors
• Responding promptly to vendor inquiries and assisting with payment issues
• Pitching in on additional projects or duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s organized, reliable, and wants to learn new things.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office
