What You’ll Do
As a key part of our accounting team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Receiving, verifying, and entering invoices into the accounting system
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies with vendors
• Maintaining organized and compliant financial records
• Responding promptly to vendor inquiries and assisting with payment issues
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Upholding accounting standards and internal company policies
• Pitching in on additional projects or duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll do well in this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role is primarily office-based, with occasional movement through the production area. Candidates must be able to:

• Sit or stand for extended periods
• Use standard office equipment and lift light supplies
• Communicate effectively and navigate a general office environment
