Accounts Payable Specialist – Be Part of a Creative, Fast-Moving Industry!

Pay: $20–$24 per hour
Location: Waco
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

Our growing company in the promotional products industry is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you’ll help manage vendor payments and financial accuracy so our creative and production teams can focus on delivering standout products to clients.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter and process vendor invoices quickly and accurately
• Ensure on-time payments to suppliers, printers, and production partners
• Reconcile monthly statements and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of all payable transactions
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues or answer questions
• Support month-end reporting and assist with general financial tasks
• Follow accounting best practices and internal policies

✅ What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and solid Excel/Office skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Education:
High school diploma or GED required
