We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor invoices, process payments, reconcile accounts, and help ensure the company’s financial records remain accurate and compliant.

This position plays an important role in maintaining positive vendor relationships and supporting the accounting team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive, review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive working relationships.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and supporting month-end accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
