Seeking Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our accounting team.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Post customer payments.
• Monitor accurate customer records.
• Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and payment arrangements.
• Reconcile accounts while resolving any discrepancies.
• Process credit memos and account adjustments.
• Maintain aging reports and assist with collection efforts.
• Research and resolve customer payment issues.

Qualifications

• Prefer previous Accounts Receivable or related experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High degree of accuracy, organization, and dependability.
