Seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the open position of Housing Grant Eligibility Specialist.

You will review housing applications and determine eligibility for various housing grant programs. This position plays an important role in helping qualified applicants receive assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process housing applications.
• Verify applicant information and documentation.
• Determine eligibility based on program guidelines and criteria.
• Communicate with applicants to request additional information as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to review documentation and apply eligibility guidelines.
• Bilingual
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience with eligibility programs of various kinds a plus (but not required).
