Seeking dependable Construction Laborers to assist with residential restoration projects following storms and other catastrophic events. This role involves supporting rebuild efforts to help restore homes to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with residential reconstruction, including drywall, painting, and insulation
• Prepare and organize materials for job sites
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Support skilled tradespeople in various phases of restoration work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or restoration experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and ability to read a tape measure
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday (with possible overtime as needed)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment
