About the Role
Seeking skilled and safety-focused Blow Mold Operators to join production team in this fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain blow molding equipment that produces high-quality bottles used every day by customers across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate and monitor blow molding equipment
- Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust bottle formats
- Conduct quality checks (bottle weight, visual defects, torque, pressure)
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and work with maintenance when needed
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation (CIP), and preventive maintenance
- Load materials such as preforms and packaging using a forklift
- Track production data, downtime, and quality documentation
- Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams
- Help train and support new operators
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food quality standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of manufacturing experience (blow molding or beverage experience preferred)
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Good math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to spot small defects or color variations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and understand English for safety and operational purposes
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
Work Environment & Schedule
- Manufacturing plant environment with moving machinery
- Noise, heat, and cold exposure (PPE provided)
- Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
