Customer Service Specialist assisting clients to obtain approvals on the patients behalf.

Job responsibilities:

  • Communicate with insurance carriers and providers to obtain claim approvals and overrides for patients
  • Review provider and patient records for relevant information to achieve claim approval
  • Maintain documentation
  • Follow proprietary procedures in the use of company software, equipment, and communication policies.
