Shop Worker  to join our team. Receive on-the-job training to become a Winder, Saw Operator, and Squeeze Die Operator.

This role also supports a variety of areas throughout the plant, giving you the opportunity to develop a wide range of specialized skills and grow with our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Engineering to improve part quality
• Verify machinery is set up to the correct tolerances and specifications, and monitor quality during operation
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation
• Communicate supply and raw material needs before inventory runs low
• Protect, maintain, and properly handle tooling to prevent damage
