If you thrive on finding creative concepts that will catch the eye of customers for our clients, this job could be for you.
What You’ll Do:
As a key player in our promotional product department, you’ll work side-by-side with the sales team to find the perfect promotional items for their client’s campaigns —whether that’s mugs that make a statement, bags that build brand buzz, or coasters that get conversations started. You’ll be the go-to expert for sourcing items, managing vendor relationships, tracking orders, and making sure every customer has a top-notch experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to understand campaign goals and client needs
✅ Research and suggest trending or high-impact promo products
✅ Communicate with vendors to source products that are high-quality, on-brand, and on time
✅ Keep tabs on order progress and update both team members and clients
✅ Be the face of the promotional product side of our business—positive, helpful, and full of ideas
✅ Stay ahead of trends and suggest items clients didn’t even know they needed
✅ Deliver excellent customer service that keeps people coming back
You’ll Excel in This Role If You:
- Love working with people and solving problems creatively
- Have a keen eye for trends and product ideas that stand out
- Communicate clearly and enthusiastically
- Are organized and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Enjoy making recommendations and guiding others to great choices
Qualifications:
- Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM or order tracking systems are a bonus
- Strong research and negotiation skills
- Collaborative mindset and passion for excellent service
