Human Resource Specialist for manufacturer in Waco, TX.
Direct Hire Positions: We have four very large companies looking for persons with these skills.
Each are great companies with super management teams in place. You owe it to yourself to investigate.

Your main job functions will be:
- Application processes
- Facilitate with new quality hires
- Medical insurance benefits & inquiries
- Maintain employee records, ADP
- Involved in discipline, terminations, investigations
- Reviews and tracks mandatory training
- Generate, review, and submit payroll, ADP
- All onboarding functions and employee documentation
- Third party support for 401 (k)
Onsite employee services and labor relations start with you.
