In this hands-on position, you’ll help keep daily operations running safely and efficiently while working as part of a supportive team.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic throughout the landfill
• Assist large trucks and trailers with safely backing into designated areas
• Perform general site clean-up and maintain a clean work environment
• Complete grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, weed-eating, and basic landscaping
• Follow all safety procedures while working around heavy equipment and vehicles

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical labor throughout the day
• Good communication skills and a strong safety mindset
• Dependable with a positive work ethic
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, construction, labor, or landscaping is helpful but not required
