What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing flower beds and planting areas
• Installing weed barriers, mulch, and decorative rock
• Planting shrubs, trees, and seasonal flowers
• Assisting with both new landscape installations and ongoing maintenance

Positions Available:

• Landscaping Technicians – Hands-on field work with installation and maintenance
• Crew Leads – Supervise teams, ensure project quality, and communicate with site managers

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping experience (bed prep, mulch, planting, etc.)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Leadership skills (for Crew Lead roles)
• Reliable transportation and a good work ethic
