Shift Supervisor – Production
Mon – Fri, 3:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Wage:  $25hr, with OT, $1562wk

Seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to coordinate and lead our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, maintaining product quality, driving efficiency, and helping the team consistently meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production staff during 2nd shift operations.
• Enforce and promote strict safety protocols.
• Monitor product quality and ensure all production meets established standards.
• Manage workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to maintain high performance.
• Communicate clearly with management and team to address any production issues.
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Plenty of overtime opportunities
• Starting at $25 per hour

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
