Machine Operator – Valley Mills Area
We are currently hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a 1st Shift position.
Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00hr
Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines according to production specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform routine machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

They only help you get jobs if they know you or like you personally. I had an account with them called for a month straight asking about work. Was constantly told they had no jobs. Meanwhile they constantly post new jobs. Mind you i successfully completed my previous job through them. This place doesn't help you find a job unless they like you or know you don't waste your time apply for any other temp agency

Leti, forced me post a positive review in order to proceed with my application. Obviously I didn't want to leave a 5 star review.But ultimately, my opinions have changed quite a bit about this agency.I met a guy named Travis one day working with a an associate. He began to tell me how he runs a warehouse and needed forklift operators, and he continued to tell me about how he hired the worst of the worst people, and then went on about some racist scenario he had at a grocery store back on Georgia, and how him and his wife just had to get out because of it. Now granted, that didn't make me much want to work for the guy, but I did need a job, and people are often just bad people and it's just what we have to deal with.When I got there the facility was horrible. The warehouse was dark and unsafe, there was no running water in the restroom to wash our hands properly (this is supposed to be a clean facility, that cleans pallets for bottling!). I began feeling sick, likely from the nasty bathrooms.And then one day I made a dentist appointment, went to it, and when I got out of the appointment (with my note in my hand, mind you), I got a call saying, I'm let go.After that they threw me on a temp job, shutting down a long standing Waco company, that also utilized their services to employ an rather immense workforce, evidently for many years under the temporary service, so that the investment group that owned the company would not have liability if they decided they wanted to drop the ball and move the company to Mexico. Which, they did, and many employees just lost their job after many years of service. And that was that.Now, during that shut down, the manager in charge of the operation, liked my work and work ethic (go figure) and kept me on for multiple months.Then the work dried up, and I never even once received a call, NOTHING MORE, from ol letti..This is also a company that utilized workers for 20 years under the designation "temporary". This same company mass fired everyone, with absolutely no recourse. Families that had worked for 20 years, just out of a job, just like that.So I digress, might work out if you know someone... don't expect any real employment from these people. And their ultimate goal is, to alleviate liability for a company that has a high turnover rate.5 stars, because 5 star reviews matter right? you forced me to leave you, you a review. You earned it.Also I might add, OBVIOUSLY every positive review about this staffing agency has been forced, forced to produce a good review in order to proceed with applications.
