PRODUCTION FLOATERS | 4 day work week – 12hr shifts
Looking for dependable Production Floaters who enjoy variety and are willing to learn multiple areas of a manufacturing operation.
Schedule: 4 days per week / 12-hour shifts
As a Floater, you will be cross-trained in several departments, including:
- Winding
- Press
- Sanding
- Quality Assurance
- Training New hires
You’ll help keep production moving by stepping in where departments need additional support, helping train new employees, and performing final inspections of finished products.
What You’ll Do:
- Work in multiple production departments
- Provide additional support when a department falls behind
- Help train new hires
- Perform final quality inspections
- Learn new skills and equipment
