Seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Wage:   $20hr

This position involves monitoring the output of automated and semi-automated machines to ensure consistent quality and production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure proper function and product output
• Inspect finished product components such as plates, straps, and related pieces for quality and accuracy
• Identify and report any production or mechanical issues to supervisors or maintenance team
• Perform basic machine adjustments when needed (training provided)
• Record production counts and maintain accurate logs
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and take direction
