Seeking Facilities & Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and facility support functions.

This role involves mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance tasks to ensure our facility remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Reports to Facility and Maintenance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform refrigeration, plumbing, and heating-related work; cut, thread, assemble, and lay pipe
• Assist with the purchase, installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning fixtures
• Perform welding and metal fabrication as needed
• Diagnose and repair electronic ignition systems for ovens and heaters
• Operate equipment such as saws, drill presses, and various hand and power tools to support equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair fans, motors, bells, clocks, and lighting circuits
• Assist with the purchase, installation, and maintenance of electrical wiring, fixtures, and related components
• Perform a variety of skilled building maintenance tasks, including repairs to doors, windows, roofs, and other structural components
• Construct or assemble furniture and other wood or metal structures
• Install and maintain grand master lock systems and electrical security systems
• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment; test and replace circuits, troubleshoot faulty wiring, and perform routine maintenance
• Maintain basic records, logs, and documentation
• Help ensure buildings remain safe, clean, and in orderly condition
• Train and provide work direction to assigned personnel involved in building maintenance and trades work
• Estimate labor and material costs for assigned projects
