Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Perform basic repairs (replacing filters, lubricating machinery, tightening bolts, etc.).
- Keep work areas, tools, and storage organized and clean.
- Help with equipment installations and removals.
- Move tools, parts, and supplies as needed.
- Conduct routine facility checks and promptly report any issues.
- Accurately complete maintenance documentation and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Some industrial or maintenance experience a plus.
- Able to work overtime and flexible shifts when needed.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
