Seeking 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team on first shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility assets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and industry best practices.
• Assist with facility improvements, equipment installations, and special projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance activities including standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Technical certification, vocational training, or related maintenance education is a plus.
