Laundromat Maintenance Technician for company with 25+ locations and growing.

Seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to service and maintain our digitally automated laundromat locations. Our facilities use modern, automated equipment that provides alerts for critical events, allowing you to focus on efficient troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems who takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to automated system alerts and on-site service needs
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial washers and dryers
• Service and maintain currency exchangers and related equipment
• Perform component swap-outs and equipment repairs as needed
• Diagnose and repair basic plumbing and electrical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and facilities
• Address general facility maintenance as needed (lighting, minor repairs, cleanliness issues, etc.)
• Maintain accurate service, repair, and maintenance records

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or equipment repair (laundromat or similar environment preferred)
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot,  repair, and maintain
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Experience with automated or digitally monitored systems
