Hiring Section 8 Housing Program Manager for a respected public agency in Waco. This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits and a chance to make a real impact in our community.

Work Schedule:  4 day work-week, Monday – Thursday!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and related programs.
• Supervise and train staff, manage program compliance, and ensure quality service for tenants and landlords.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and inspections to meet HUD and agency standards.
• Build strong relationships with community partners and property owners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in housing programs, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and housing program management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• HQS and Section 8 certifications preferred (or willing to obtain).
