Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Make copies, file paperwork, and scan documents
- Enter simple data into the computer system
- Keep the office tidy and organized
- Help translate for Spanish-speaking customers (if bilingual)
- Support other team members as needed with general office tasks

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good communication and people skills
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
