Came in and did an interview. They were all a smile and nice, talked about a LOT of job opertunitys. I was excited and ready to work, even stressed that I was in a bit of a rough spot with job searching.1st week passes, nothing. Standard if anything.2nd week, nothing. Still fine, no pressure.3rd, a little worried. I call now, and they rudely hang up abruptly.4th, I'm asking questions and stating that I kinda need help, and waiting is eating at my funds.I'm on month 2 on the way to the third month. They typically just hang up after "putting my info out there" to who? I've zero clue. Then I got a hint that they put you on a waiting list. You will be put in reserve when the companies want people? They take the first people in line. Why even apply? I have good skills and a very extensive background, but they aren't looking at resumes/experience. This temp agency wants you to sit on the sidelines for when the company wants fresh people, not based on need of a job.I don't recommend total placement because they tell you and know just as much as you. You'll never know if a place rejected or ignored your application, if they ever even sent it or not. Your skillset and experience can be null and void because you're on a waiting list with others of similar/lower experience, I've already heard back from a few jobs that thankfully are decent. Putting your information out after three months is mental and a waste of your time.

Mary Anna has been great and easy to work with here. Very efficient, professional, and helpful. Before, I spent the last 3 months looking for a job after moving to Waco, but on the first day I walked into total placement, Mary Anna had me interviewed with and offered a position for a great job that fit really well for me. My experience with total placement was amazing being a single parent starting all over and needing a job. I did not know what I was coming into by coming to a new city not having any family around, and trying to survive. I found total placement on Google by googling temp services for employment, I saw total placement. After submitting my information, setting up an account, and applying at their opening jobs. I received a call within A week or less. I was called in for my interview with them. My recruiter Mary Anna was amazing in going over my resume with me and narrowing down my interest of work where I would be happy and to show my expertise. She submitted everything to their clients and by that following week I had a insurance company wanting to interview me. I attended that interview on a Friday by that Monday I received the call I was one of the ones selected for one of the open positions. I am so grateful cause Mary Anna did what she said she was going to do and that's get my resume out there. This is a new beginning for my family, not to include the pay is great. Thank you, for your care and concerns, and professionalism.
