Seeking experienced Industrial Painters for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. If you have experience with spray painting, surface preparation, and maintaining high-quality finishes, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team.
As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting motors and related components using spray equipment while ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces for painting: cleaning, masking, sanding, and other finishing techniques
- Apply coatings and finishes using spray guns and related equipment
- Inspect painted products to ensure proper quality and coverage
- Mix and prepare paints according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter, Spray Painter, Automotive Painter, or similar role
- Knowledge of paint preparation, application techniques, and finishing processes
- Experience operating and maintaining spray guns and paint equipment
- Ability to recognize and correct common paint defects and quality issues
