Seeking an experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This is a customer-focused position assisting walk-in customers with parts and supplies for recreational vehicles, trailers, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in parts sales, an understanding of mechanical components and the meaning of good customer service.

If you enjoy helping customers, have a mechanical aptitude, and can quickly identify the right parts for the job, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with locating and purchasing parts
• Identify engine, body, trailer, and maintenance-related parts
• Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations
• Process sales transactions, special orders, and maintain accurate records
• Receive, stock, organize, and inventory parts and supplies
• Work closely with service technicians and customers to ensure correct parts are ordered
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts sales, parts counter operations, or a related field
• Background in automotive, motorcycle, powersports, RV, trailer, industrial mower repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify parts and components
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn parts lookup systems
• Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary
