Payroll Clerk for 250-350 people | Super Management Team

Join a busy staffing agency that places hundreds of employees in jobs every month. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to ensure accurate and timely processing for 250-350 employees.
You’ll be part of a supportive team with excellent management and a work environment where employees thrive!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process weekly payroll for 250-350 employees with utmost accuracy
✅ Manage employee benefit deductions and child support payments
✅ Manage direct deposits, as well as issuing/managing debit cards for employees
✅ Assist the accounting department with related tasks and other financial duties
✅ Eventually, may be assisting with Benefits & A/R
✅ Will collaborate with recruiters and accounting manager to achieve a smooth process
Payroll records are automatically saved during processing for accuracy
Proper employment documentation is recorded by recruiters during onboarding
Requirements:
✔️ Experience in payroll processing, preferably for a larger workforce
✔️ Comfortable with accounting software of some type.
✔️ Experience with benefit deductions, tax withholdings, and child support payments
✔️ History of a strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
