Looking for a Payroll Specialist experienced in a high volume payroll environment for a well-established industrial company in Waco, TX.

This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing, benefit reconciliation, and compliance with all payroll regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do:

• Process weekly payroll for hourly and biweekly salaried employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Manage payroll deductions including garnishments and benefit contributions
• Handle payroll tax filings and reporting
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
• Reconcile monthly benefit billing and assist with year-end reporting (W-2s, 401k, etc.)
• Work closely with Accounting and HR teams to resolve discrepancies
• Processing performance bonuses from various sources

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of payroll administration and processing experience
• Knowledgeable in payroll tax filings and wage garnishments
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• Experience in a construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred
