Seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the company’s quality management system and ensure products consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory standards.

This is a key leadership position for an experienced quality professional who can take ownership of the company’s quality program and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Oversee quality inspections, testing, and documentation
• Manage internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Lead corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
• Oversee supplier quality and work with suppliers to resolve quality concerns
• Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and track quality metrics and performance standards
• Supervise, train, and support quality control personnel
• Work closely with production and management to identify and resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience
• Previous quality management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, audits, and corrective actions
• Experience with ISO compliance and Quality Management Systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively with production, suppliers, customers, and management
