What You’ll Do

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll help ensure newly hired employees have everything they need before starting work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding new employees through the hiring and onboarding process
• Collecting employment paperwork and ensuring documents are complete and accurate
• Explaining hiring requirements and next steps to new employees
• Scheduling and tracking pre-employment requirements as needed
• Supporting interview and recruiting activities
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate team member
• Assisting with front desk responsibilities and greeting applicants
• Helping with social media outreach and other recruiting initiatives
• Providing general administrative support to the recruiting team

You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support as you develop your skills.

Qualifications include:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

• Medical offices
