Seeking an experienced Safety & Environmental Health Manager to oversee safety and environmental programs for two fabrication facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about workplace safety, enjoys working with leadership teams, and wants to make a lasting impact on employee well-being and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the company’s safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Partner with managers at all levels to ensure OSHA compliance and promote safe work practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety performance and implement best practices.
• Conduct accident investigations, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Plan and deliver safety training programs and presentations.
• Organize and support safety committee meetings with engaging topics and visual materials.
• Maintain OSHA records and other required safety documentation.
• Perform on-site safety audits and evaluations.
• Track and report key safety performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience conducting safety audits, investigations, and preparing detailed documentation.
• Ability to influence others and foster a positive safety culture throughout the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety management experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• OSHA Certified Safety Professional (or similar certification).
