Customer Service / Support Specialist
– Full-Time | Waco, TX
– Wage: 22hr+
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Process orders, returns, and claims efficiently and accurately
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups on backorders and product availability
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Share product knowledge to guide customers toward the best solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate smooth order fulfillment and service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong organizational skills
