Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to track, document, process, and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments.

This role is also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating truck traffic, and working closely with management to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan and process all incoming and outgoing products.
• Prepare, print, and organize  shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure properly labeling, tracking, and accounted for.
• Schedule truck arrivals and departures to ensure efficient loading and unloading.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and warehouse personnel to maintain smooth shipping operations.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized shipping and receiving area.
• Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.
