Wiring Harness Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technician to install auxiliary wiring harnesses in a variety of applications.

Job Summary:
This position involves working with aftermarket lighting systems such as lights, light bars, safety horns, alarms, and other auxiliary equipment common to service vehicles and utility fleets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wiring vehicles and/or trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and route aftermarket wiring harnesses for auxiliary lighting and electronic accessories
- Mount and wire switch panels to control installed accessories
- Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring issues during and after installation
- Use wiring schematics to ensure proper and safe connections
- Secure all wiring for long-term durability in rugged environments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with wiring installations (lights, light bars, backup alarms, etc.)
- Familiarity with 12V systems and 12V accessories
- Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices

Looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly payroll operations for a well-established industrial company in Waco, TX.

This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing, benefit reconciliation, and compliance with all payroll regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
What You’ll Do:
- Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
- Manage payroll deductions including garnishments and benefit contributions
- Handle payroll tax filings and reporting
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
- Reconcile monthly benefit billing and assist with year-end reporting (W-2s, 401k, etc.)
- Work closely with Accounting and HR teams to resolve discrepancies
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of payroll administration and processing experience
- Familiarity with payroll tax filings and wage garnishments
- Experience with Paycom software (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)

Pay rate: $20.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 or 10 hour shifts. Saturdays optional
Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Safety and QC Assistant to support the Safety and Quality Control departments on a construction project. This role is essential in maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring timely data entry, and assisting managers with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive information with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive safety and quality-related reports, checklists, and documentation from field staff
- Scan and upload documents into the appropriate software system or digital storage platform
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for tracking safety and quality compliance
- Assist Safety and Quality Control Managers with various administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized digital and physical files to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with field personnel to gather missing or incomplete documentation
- Support document control and distribution of updated safety or QC procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in construction, safety, or quality control
- Proficiency with computers and document management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with safety and QC terminology is a plus
