Your Responsibilities:
- Select, measure, cut, and join metals to specification
- Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
- Read and interpret blueprints and specification drawings
- Operate forklifts, cranes, welders, grinders, air tools, etc.
- Inspect welds for strength, quality, and visual standards
- Identify and troubleshoot and issues
- Train and mentor new welders as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven welding skills with quality welds free from undercuts and cold lap
- Ability to read a tape measure and use fabrication tools with accuracy
- Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and other plant equipment
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and production standards
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
