- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Print labels and support other administrative tasks as needed

Looking for a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Writer to join our team as a process documentation specialist. In this role, you’ll observe employees on the job, document how tasks are done, and help translate team knowledge into organized, easy-to-follow SOPs and workflows.
If you’re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable working with people and processes, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Shadow employees across departments to understand their daily tasks and responsibilities
- Write clear, structured SOPs and workflow documentation for each role
- Interview team members to gather job-specific insights and requirements
- Create documentation in Microsoft Word and related formats, structured for training use
- Ensure all materials are easy to follow, consistent, and up to date
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to observe and break down complex processes into step-by-step instructions
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word
- Detail-oriented and organized with a training or operations mindset
- Prior experience writing SOPs or process documentation is a plus
