What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Schedule and book service appointments.
- Prepare estimates and work orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with technicians.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a courteous manner.
- Manage work orders and parts orders efficiently.
- Monitor service progress and maintain communication between customers and the service team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn company software.

Events Coordinator for major museum. Seeking an outgoing and organized individual to join our team.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth execution of all events hosted at the museum. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and logistical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for all building reservations, including liaising with other event organizers.
- Maintain the museum’s events calendar to ensure all bookings are accurately tracked and communicated.
- Manage event setup and teardown logistics, coordinating with vendors (where present), facilities teams, and museum staff to ensure all physical arrangements are completed on time.
- Facilitate communications flow, ensuring timely updates and information sharing with museum leadership, staff, event stakeholders, and attendees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 yrs in event planning or other relevant/similar experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
