Vehicle Maintenance & Driver Information Coordinator to Keep Our Fleet Compliant, Organized, and On the Move!
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to manage critical records and scheduling for their fleet and drivers. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring DOT compliance, accurate documentation, and efficient dispatching.
Workdays:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain maintenance records for all company vehicles and trucks
- Track DOT compliance documents, registrations, and inspection schedules
- Monitor and organize driver logs, roadside inspections, and CSA/CSACSA scores
- Assist with dispatching and driver scheduling
- Ensure timely renewals and document submissions to meet federal and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with DOT regulations and fleet maintenance tracking (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with recordkeeping systems
- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatching is a plus

Dispatcher for large service company to schedule and dispatch service technicians to clients.
Dispatcher responsible for scheduling service technicians on a timely basis while keeping the customer informed of the status of the service technician’s arrival.
In addition, the dispatcher will assist with accounting data input duties, account payable reconciliations, accounts receivables, and service support. Will assist other team members as needed.
Job Functions:
- Distributes work orders to service technicians with scheduling
- Provides after-hour support via 24-hour emergency line
- On-call weekend rotation
- Records information concerning equipment to be repaired or services needed
- Prepares work tickets, schedules service, and distributes to techns
- Monitors monthly maintenance completion & prioritization for “critical” accounts
- Entry of Purchase Orders
Requirements:
- Be a Team Player
- Observe company procedures and safety rules
- Neat, professional appearance
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work rotating on-call schedules including evenings/weekends
Preferred Requirements:
- Five years’ administrative and clerical support experience
