Now Hiring – Sales Manager with hotel or hospitality sales experience to help bring in new business and grow hotel revenue.
This person will work with local companies, various groups, sports teams, weddings, and special events to convince them the service and facilities will be their best decision for great results. Relationship building during and after the introduction is paramount to success in the long-run.
- Pay: Starting at $50,000
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm (hours may vary during special events)
Responsibilities:
- Bring in new corporate, group, wedding, sports, and event business
- Meet with clients, attend networking events, and make outside sales calls
- Respond to leads and prepare proposals and contracts
- Give hotel tours to potential clients
- Work with hotel staff to coordinate group and event details
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel sales or hospitality sales experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and dependable
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
