Restoration Technician (Carpet/Floor Cleaning, Flood, Fire & Smoke Damage)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Some after-hours work required during emergency or extraordinary events)

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable Restoration Technicians to join a professional team specializing in carpet cleaning and property restoration from water, fire, smoke, and other damages. The ideal candidate will be dependable, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.

Past experience a plus, but will train the right people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning using commercial-grade equipment
• Respond to water damage calls including extraction, drying, and dehumidifying processes
• Assist in fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning and deodorizing
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all job sites
• Maintain and clean tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Document work completed, including photos and written notes
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism
• Be available for after-hours or weekend emergency calls as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or restoration work preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies
• IICRC certification a plus (but not required)
• Must pass background check and drug screen
