Hiring Section 8 Housing Program Manager for a respected public agency in Waco. This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits and a chance to make a real impact in our community.
Work Schedule: 4 day work-week, Monday – Thursday!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and related programs.
- Supervise and train staff, manage program compliance, and ensure quality service for tenants and landlords.
- Oversee budgets, reporting, and inspections to meet HUD and agency standards.
- Build strong relationships with community partners and property owners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in housing programs, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and housing program management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- HQS and Section 8 certifications preferred (or willing to obtain).

Seeking reliable Sanitation Technicians for entry-level positions responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and audit-ready production floors and basic equipment areas.
- Starting Salary: $22.00 – 27.00 hour
The Sanitation Technician primarily operates motorized floor scrubbers and performs sanitation tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The role emphasizes food safety, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe chemical handling. Additional responsibilities include manual cleaning and other sanitation-related duties and projects as needed throughout the facility.
This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to learn and follow plant sanitation procedures. Technicians are expected to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
