CNC Programmer – Welding Robots
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will create and refine programs that control the contour path of welding robots to ensure precision and quality in production welding. This is a hands-on opportunity to combine technical expertise with problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Location: Temple, TX
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze part drawings, sketches, and design data to determine weld joint dimensions, configurations, feed rates, and weld parameters.
- Establish reference points and program robot weld paths.
- Calculate angular and linear dimensions, radii, curvatures, and develop the sequence of operations needed to weld parts.
- Create geometric layouts using CAD or drafting software to define reference points and weld directions.
- Write instruction sheets and weld lists to guide machine setup and operation.
- Revise programs to correct errors or omissions.
- Establish procedures and train employees on proper storage and retrieval of completed programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school plus 1+ year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Skilled in writing reports and procedure manuals.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and robotic manufacturing software.
Work Environment
- Work performed near moving mechanical parts.
- Moderate noise level typical of a manufacturing environment.

CNC Programmer Tech
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Tech to operate, program, and maintain CNC Lathe equipment. This position is critical to ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, the ability to read technical blueprints, and the drive to improve processes while training and supporting others.
Location: Temple, TX

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to set up machines in accordance with specifications.
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and optimize cutting paths.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exact design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or programming issues as they arise.
- Train employees on CNC machine operations and programming best practices.
- Recommend improvements to increase safety, efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Assist in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support prototype machining operations, from quality planning to first-piece approval.
- Lead preventative maintenance and contribute to capital equipment improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience (Horizontal Lathe experience required).
- Strong skills in CNC machining setups, troubleshooting, and code adjustments.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints and drawings.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software; AutoCAD, THICAM, and Esprit are a plus.
- Knowledge of tooling applications, cutting tools, and machining technologies.
- Familiarity with PLCs preferred.
- Understanding of Lean principles, ISO 9001 standards, and continuous improvement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
